Yea, this cake takes only 1 minute in the microwave. So, enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp sugar substitute (I use erythritol)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp instant espresso granules
- tiny pinch kosher salt
- drop or two of vanilla extract
Tools
- Mug (I used a ramekin)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the ramekin (I popped it into the microwave for 30 seconds)
- Combine all ingredients in the ramekin and blend well
- Microwave for 60 seconds
- Careful – it’ll be hot! But enjoy!!
